Please Note: Our standard delivery times are 7-14 working days.

Clothing can be upto 21 working days (This does not include bank holidays or weekends)

Personalised items please allow 10-17 days to recieve your item.

Orders involving multiple items may arrive in more than one parcel.

Returns and Exchanges policy

Personalised items are non returnable unless broken/faulty/or error on our behalf.

Within 24 hours of your order being dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you have not received your parcel within 7 working days from dispatch, please contact the office at Tinkersfairykingdom22@gmail.com and we will provide tracking information for the parcel.

If your parcel has not arrived within 14 days, please contact your local sorting office to check that it isn’t awaiting collection (even if a card has not been left) as we cannot be held responsible for delivery failure.

If your parcel is returned to us as undelivered, a delivery charge of £3.49 will be charged to repost.

Please note that in the unlikely event of a missing parcel, we cannot offer a replace or refund your order until the parcel has been officially classed as missing by the carrier which is currently 30 days from posting.

Fizzology Returns Policy

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on used items. Item must be in it's original condition and packaging. The customer has 14 days to request a refund from receiving their order. The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

We would recommend sending your return via tracked or signed for delivery and always keep a proof of postage, as the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Please allow up to 7 working days to be credited with your refund. All refunds are credited via the original payment method used when placing your order.

Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
